At SFD Graphic Tees, each item is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Because products are custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly resolve issues involving defects or errors.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
We will replace or refund items that are:
Damaged upon arrival
Misprinted
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design due to our error)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to File a Claim
To request a replacement or refund:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product
A description of the issue
Claims submitted without photo evidence may not be approved.
If approved, we will issue either:
A replacement at no cost, or
A refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Incorrect size ordered by customer
Buyer’s remorse
Color variations due to screen differences
Slight print placement variations (within industry tolerance)
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered, SFD Graphic Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package appears lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Production & Shipping Delays
All products are printed on demand. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:
Seasonal demand
Carrier delays
Supply chain disruptions
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
